What am I paying for today?
You’re paying for two things:
The Sayph Space subscription — £5.99/month for your first child (includes up to two carers).
If you add more children later, it’s £4/month per additional child.
The Sayph Phone — a one-time purchase of £189 per handset.
What else do I need?
Just a SIM, which you can buy from any network provider, from as little as a couple of pounds a month. We recommend a plan with enough data for app updates (5gb should be plenty) and MMS included – if you want your child to be able to send these to allowed contacts.
How do I set everything up?
We’ve made setup simple:
Turn on the phone
Log in to Sayph Space (parent & carer portal)
Enter the code shown on the phone, when prompted in the Sayph Space
You’ll be guided through linking your child’s phone and setting up their contacts.
What do I get with the subscription?
This is your access to the parent and carer portal, where you manage and monitor the device
Location sharing
Contact approval
Message and call monitoring
Screen-time reports
Carer access (up to two carers included in plan)
How long am I tied in for?
There is no long-term contract.
Your subscription is charged monthly and you can cancel at any time. However, without access to the parent portal, you will no longer be able to remotely monitor your child’s phone usage and activity.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments, including subscriptions, are processed securely by Stripe, the same platform used by companies like Amazon, Deliveroo and Shopify. We never store your card details.
